Giới thiệu

TS. Kyunghwa Chung là Phó Giáo sư dự khuyết chuyên ngành Marketing tại viện Quản trị Kinh Doanh. Bà tốt nghiệp Tiến sĩ từ Đại học Quốc gia Seoul. Chuyên môn nghiên cứu của bà là các lĩnh vực công nghệ dịch vụ, siêu dữ liệu, tương tác giữa người và máy tính, v.v. Bà yêu thích công việc nghiên cứu liên ngành và cộng tác với các học giả trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau. Nghiên cứu của cô đã được xuất bản trên nhiều tạp chí được bình duyệt khác nhau bao gồm Service Science, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly và Clothing and Textiles Research Journal. Trước khi gia nhập Đại học VinUni, cô từng giảng dạy tại một số trường đại học ở Hàn Quốc.
