Phan Quoc Thinh
Head of Student Affairs Department
Mr Phan Quoc Thinh joined VinUniversity since its project phase in January 2019, Mr. Thinh has demonstrated tremendous growth and leadership potential. He has held positions including Manager of the Vingroup Science and Technology Scholarship Program for Overseas Study for Master’s and Doctoral Degrees, Corporate Engagement Manager; Student Services Manager and Interim Head of Student Affairs Management (SAM).
In the role as Head of SAM, he will continue leading innovative pursuits that enhance student experience and promote interdisciplinary student learning, including the OASIS program, digital transformation projects, and uplifting student services standards.
Mr. Thinh graduated from RMIT University with double Master’s degrees in MBA and International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance.
