Wellbeing Services Activities
Exam Care
Every year, we support our students during the stressful exam period by distributing care packages. These packages might include snacks, motivational notes, and essential supplies to help you stay focused and energized. It’s our way of showing that we care about your wellbeing and success.
Mental Health Week
We celebrate Mental Health Week annually to emphasize the importance of mental health. This week is filled with various activities, workshops, and talks aimed at raising awareness and providing resources to support your mental wellbeing. It’s a time to reflect, learn, and engage in practices that promote mental health.
Wellbeing Boost Series
Our Wellbeing Boost series consists of mini events and workshops held throughout our academic year. These sessions cover a variety of topics, from mindfulness and stress management to physical fitness and nutrition. Each event is designed to provide practical tips and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to enhance your overall wellbeing.
Mini Events
Get to Know Your Counsellor
From November 11th to 15th, we hosted the “Get to Know Your Counsellor” mini event to welcome our new counsellor, Ms. Dzung Ngo (Daphne), to the VinUni family. The event provided a fantastic opportunity for students to meet Ms. Daphne and learn more about the support services available.
We were thrilled to see so many students take advantage of this opportunity to connect with Ms. Daphne. Many students have visited our counselling room, said hi to our counsellor and had some candy treats to kick off their days. For those who have not had a chance to drop by, remember that you can still walk-in during designated hours (10.00 – 12.00 PM Tue & Thu and 3.00 – 5.00 PM Mon, Wed & Fri unless previously booked) or book an appointment through My Services or via email address bewell@vinuni.edu.vn.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success. We look forward to more events that foster a supportive and connected community at VinUni!
