Program Overview
With the 3+2 program, VinUni CECS students will study for the first 3 years at VinUni and for the next 2 years at UIUC. During 2 years at UIUC, students will study 1 year of undergraduate programs at UIUC and 1 year of Master’s program. After 5 years of study, students will earn a Bachelor’s degree from VinUni and a Master’s degree from UIUC.
With the 4+1 program, students will spend 4 years at VinUni and the final year at UIUC. After the 5 years, students will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from VinUni and a Master’s degree from UIUC.

Admissions Requirements
- Minimum 3.0/4.0
- TOEFL greater than 103 (internet-based test) or IEL TS: greater than 7 .5 or Duolingo (accepting temporarily) 135. Applicants may be qualified for limited admission status if they have obtained at least the following scores and will be required to take the English as a Second Language Placement Test (EPT) prior to enrolling at Illinois: 79 (internet-based test)
