VinUniversity Presents Innovative Approaches to Enhance Graduate Employability at DAAD Workshop
On Friday, September 27, more than 100 participants, including representatives from the Embassy of Germany in Vietnam, universities, companies, and NGOs, attended the “Boosting Employability! Strengthening Universities to Make Graduates Fit for Work” workshop organized by German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The workshop focused on enhancing graduate employability in Vietnam.
Assoc. Prof. Pham Ngoc Nam, Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Science was invited to participate in the panel discussion as a guest speaker. Ms. Phan Huong Giang, Alumni, Industry, and Development Manager, represented VinUni in the poster presentation session. Both leaders presented VinUniversity’s strategic approach to graduate employability, emphasizing global corporation partnerships, a holistic curriculum, and the development of essential soft skills.
Our participation highlighted the significance of industry collaboration in equipping students with both technical knowledge and real-world experience, and VinUni’s role in enhancing employability for our students.
