Exploring passion with a compassionate heart and a desire for change from the simplest things
Born into a family where both parents are doctors, Hải Anh frequently had the opportunity to visit the hospital where her parents worked. In the intensive care unit, Hải Anh witnessed firsthand the patients who needed psychological support. These observational and learning experiences not only broadened Hải Anh’s worldview but also sparked in them a deep sense of compassion and a desire to bring about change from the simplest things.
In everyday life, Hải Anh also noticed a prominent issue where people with psychological disorders were often ostracized and unfairly treated, despite not causing any harm to those around them. This prompted Hải Anh to want to raise community awareness and provide the necessary support for them.
For Hải Anh, psychology is not just limited to therapy but opens up many rich applications in life. In the summer of the first year, when starting tutoring, Hải Anh skillfully applied psychological knowledge to observe and understand each student’s psychology, thereby personalizing the teaching methods. As a result, the students not only became more focused but also more interested in learning, creating a significant improvement in her academic performance.

Carrying an inspiring story, Hải Anh impressed the Admission Board of VinUni and received a scholarship to pursue her favorite field of study: Psychology at the College of Arts and Sciences. In the future, Hải Anh plans to explore the field of Human Resources Management, a branch of Organizational Psychology, or become an assistant to a psychologist to continue her professional career path.
