Dr. Phan Quynh Lan graduated from Hanoi University of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 1995. She earned her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy here in 1999 and 2010, respectively. She is the first Vietnamese pharmacist who underwent the Clinical of Pharmacy master course at South Australia University in 2011. She had over ten years teaching at Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP), composing the textbooks for clinical pharmacist training, as well as helping Pharmacy department in hospitals to build up clinical services. She served as the team leader of a Netherland-funded project to improve the teaching capability in clinical pharmacy for lecturers from six pharmacy universities in Vietnam. She has worked as a consultant for Drug Administration of Vietnam in pharmacology and clinical pharmacy group in Drug Registration for more than 10 years. Ms. Lan is currently Director of Pharmacy, Vinmec International Hospital JSC and Head of Pharmacy, Vinmec Times City International Hospital. She is one of the very first founders of Vinmec hospital since 2011. She has participated in multiple training courses of management and leading skills from reputed organizations such as Crestcom, Robenny, SMU etc. Her research area of interest includes drug use evaluation, bioequivalence and therapeutic equivalence, with more than twenty published articles in those fields
