New Conference Date: January 28-31, 2022

In light of the current 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) situation, after a thorough deliberation, the QUIS17 organizing committee has decided to postpone The 17th International research symposium on service excellence in management (QUIS17), originally scheduled for 18-21 dune 2021 at VinUniversity, Hanoi, Vietnam.

QUIS17 conference will be rescheduled to 28-31 January 2022 at VinUniversity, Hanoi, Vietnam! We hope to see and welcome many of you to VinUniversity campus and to beautiful Vietnam! Please mark your calendar for now, and the conference organizing committee will follow up with details and update soon.

At this moment, we would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for supporting QUIS17 conference thus far. We are committed to working towards the best possible conference and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
