Biography

Dr. William “Billy” Moss was born in Australia and raised in the United States. He received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in 2008 and subsequently graduated medical school at the University of California, San Francisco in 2012. Following a general surgery internship at the University of South Florida, he completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. Since completing his training in 2018, Dr. Moss has been based in the island of Saipan, a remote, underserved U.S. territory in the Western Pacific. As a general otolaryngologist, he enjoys treating patients with a broad range of ear, nose and throat problems. He has published broadly on various topics within the otolaryngology field and has a special interest in oral cancer, areca nut-related diseases and systematic review articles.
