Biography

Prior to his current appointment at Vin University, Dr. Duy Anh Le was the Head of the Public Policy Department at the University of Economics and Business, Vietnam National University Hanoi, and a Lecturer of Economics at RMIT, Vietnam. He had his research publications in prestigious academic journals. He also has been a senior development consultant with multiple projects funded by Vietnamese government and international organizations in Vietnam. His expertise focuses on applying behavioral theories to solve development challenges in developing countries. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Vietnam Global Young Scholars Association, a network that aims to unite young Vietnamese scholars and experts to address current domestic developmental challenges. He was one of the ten youth national representatives attended the 13th National Congress of Vietnam Communist Party in 2021, where the highest level of leaders shapes the directions of Vietnam for the next five years.
