Ms. Hai Ha has vast experience in the field of training and consulting for organizational and people development, having spent over 15 years in the industry, 8 of which were in banking and finance industry. In 2017, she joined Vingroup and served as L&D Manager to P&Ls from technology and social sectors (Vinmec, Vinschool, VinUni, VinAI, VinBrain, VinBigData, VinSmart, Vinfast…). At VinUni, she has demonstrated her commitment to the core values of EXCEL through her involvement in many events and activities to build strong relationships between VinUni and its corporate partners by leveraging her insights into Vingroup’s ecosystems and industrial knowledge which are beneficial to all parties involved.
