KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Research Assistant will report to the Director of Center, and will be responsible for researching, creating searching plans, storing research records.

  • Research and translate medical and 3D printing technology, 3D materials (Plastic, Metal, Bio-3D printing materials) documents.
  • Advise the Director on ideas and the number of scientific research topics in the year.
  • Create plan and implementation schedule for research in the year and the coming years for the research department and submit it to the Director for approval.
  • Coordinate and closely monitor the rest of the members and departments in the system during the working process, serving the collection and recording of data.
  • Support in data collection and management, analysis, writing of research reports of the center.
  • Report to the Director the results of each stage of the research, recommend amendments if there are problems in the process.
  • Support for conference reports, international articles publishing.
  • Receive documents, reports to the Director and transfer the documents to the person in charge.
  • Communicate instructions from the Director to the members of the department.
  • Collect reports from groups and individuals in the department and submit them to the Director for approval.
  • Arrange meeting schedules, meeting rooms, prepare documents for meetings of the Director with members of the department.
  • Draft official documents at the request of the Director.
  • Store research records and official documents according to the center’s archival regulations.
  • Other related jobs as required by the Director.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Excellent research skills (Documentation Skills, Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Attention to Ethical Standards, Technical Skills – R, Python, Power BI, Endnote, data visualization tools).
  • Ensure ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 compliance, manage personnel, and optimize workflows (experience in lab management, and proficiency in quality management systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and conflicting interests.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, understands and follows policies and procedures, and accommodates change. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
  • Able to work equally well alone or as part of a team.
  • Positive and high responsibility.
  • Excellent reading and listening skills in both Vietnamese and English (the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.0 or equivalent).
