The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) is organizing a Public Seminar on the theme: Vietnam-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership: Opportunities and Challenges”.

  • Emeritus Professor Carl Thayer, a leading international expert on Vietnam, regional and international relations, at the Australian Defence Force Academy, the University of New South Wales in Australia.
  • Dr Nguyen Hong Hai, a Senior Lecturer and expert in politics and international relations.

The Seminar is an academic space created to impart knowledge to students in the discipline of international relations studies and those who desire to study Vietnam-U.S. relations. • Analyse and discuss the pillars in CSP.
  • Share some initial forecasts on cooperation opportunities and challenges in the coming time in Vietnam-U.S. relations.
  • Provide a forum for participants to exchange and share views on Vietnam-U.S. relations in a new space generated by CSP.
