Biography
Doctor Pham Duc Luong has 18 years of experience in Emergency Resuscitation, is proficient in emergency resuscitation techniques and procedures, and is currently working at the Emergency Department, of General Hospital. International Vinmec Times City.
Dr. Luong practiced as a resident physician at Douai Hospital and Lille Regional Medical Center – CHR De Lille, Lille City (France) from 2011 to 2013, participating in treating emergency cases in different disciplines: internal medicine, general surgery, trauma, and pediatrics. Before that, Dr. Luong studied for a master’s in Emergency Resuscitation at Hanoi Medical University (from 2009 to 2011).
