VGCC is organized annually by VinUni with support from Cornell University. Each year, VGCC will collaborate with a world-renowned business from various fields to bring real-life “case studies” for students to tackle and solve. For the inaugural year of 2021, VGCC is collaborating with VinFast on the central theme of “VinFast goes global”, presenting the problem of a Vietnamese automotive brand spreading to international markets.

VinFast is a member company of Vingroup – one of the largest private corporations in Asia. With the vision of becoming a smart electric car company that plays a central role in advancing the global electric car revolution, VinFast has officially opened branches in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Holland. The company is also actively preparing to launch their global electric vehicle models; out of these, VF e35 and VFe36 are the key products in the SUV D-E segment, for which global sales will start in early 2022.
