InVINcible team from VinUni wins the first prize at the Vietnam ESG Challenge 2024

After nearly two months of intense challenges and meaningful experiences, the highly anticipated final round of the Vietnam ESG Challenge 2024 took place on the morning of November 1st, 2024 in Hanoi with the participation of 8 teams.

Representing VinUni, the InVINcible team has outstandingly surpassed representatives from other universities in Hanoi to become the champion of this year’s competition.

In this decisive round, the team has demonstrated a deep understanding of ESG and corporate governance through the “Case study and debate” and “Role-playing in a real-life situation” section. The judges were impressed by the team’s sharp thinking, leadership skills, and enthusiasm, which is a testament to the talent and leadership qualities of the young generation.

VinUni would like to express sincere gratitude to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for co-organizing the Challenge, esteemed judges, as well as the team’s mentors,  VinUni faculty, staff and students who have enthusiastically participated throughout the past two months.

The Vietnam ESG Challenge 2024 not only equips young people with professional knowledge about ESG and corporate governance but also inspires sustainable development for the entire community.
