Yes. An invitation shall be sent to confirm your reservation.
The ceremony will start sharply at 9:30 AM. It is highly recommended to arrive early to ensure you have ample time to check in, find seating, and prepare for the ceremony. Refer to the Schedule of Main Ceremony section of this website.
Graduates will wear academic gown, which can be rented from VinUniversity. Guests are encouraged to dress in semi-formal attire. Refer to “Cap and Gown” section of this website.
The ceremony will include a welcome address, speeches by faculty, honored guests and student representatives, the commencement adress, and the awarding of diplomas. Refer to the Schedule of Main Ceremony section of this website.
Yes, the ceremony livestream will be aired on VinUniversity Facebook fanpage .
The actual diplomas will not be distributed during the ceremony itself. Information on diploma pick-up or delivery procedures will be provided to graduates by VinUniversity.
VinUniversity will have procedures in place for graduates who are unable to attend the ceremony to receive their diplomas. Please refer to the Vinuni Registrar Office for further details.
Yes, the ceremony will be accessible for wheelchair users. We have taken steps to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, regardless of mobility.
The fee waiver provided for the graduation gown rental and professional photo session is a special privilege extended only to the first cohort in appreciation of their pioneering role at VinUniversity. This waiver is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is applicable only for the 2024 inaugural graduation ceremony. If you are eligible but choose not to participate this year, or are graduating in subsequent years, the waiver cannot be applied or deferred to future events or other expenses.
