Giới thiệu
GS. Wen-Huang Cheng hiện đang công tác tại Khoa Khoa học Máy tính và Kỹ thuật Thông tin, Đại học Quốc gia Đài Loan. Hướng nghiên cứu của ông tập trung vào trí tuệ nhân tạo, đa phương tiện, thị giác máy tính và học máy.
Ông giữ nhiều vai trò quan trọng tại các tạp chí, hội nghị và tổ chức học thuật quốc tế, như Tổng Biên tập IEEE CTSoc News on Consumer Technology, Senior Editor của IEEE Consumer Electronics Magazine, Associate Editor của IEEE TPAMI và IEEE TMM, cùng vai trò General Chair và Technical Program Chair tại nhiều hội nghị hàng đầu như ACM MMAsia, IEEE ICME và ACM ICMR. Ông cũng là Chủ tịch Technical Committee về Multimedia Systems and Applications của IEEE CASS và thành viên hội đồng quản trị của IAPR.
Ông đã nhận nhiều giải thưởng nghiên cứu và phục vụ học thuật uy tín, bao gồm Giải thưởng Nghiên cứu Xuất sắc 2025 của Hội đồng Khoa học và Công nghệ Quốc gia Đài Loan, NVIDIA Academic Grant Program Award 2025, cùng nhiều giải Best Paper và Outstanding Associate Editor từ IEEE. Ông là IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, BCS Fellow và ACM Distinguished Member.
