VinLEAD – Emerging: Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders

As VinUniversity continues its journey toward becoming one of the world’s leading universities, developing a strong pipeline of future leaders remains a strategic priority and a critical enabler of our Vision 2030. We are proud to officially launch VinLEAD – Emerging, the first tier of the VinLEAD leadership development initiative at VinUniversity, exclusively for alumni.
The inaugural 2026 cohort will welcome five high-potential VinUni graduates and alumni to embark on an accelerated leadership journey designed to prepare them for future leadership opportunities in higher education.

VinLEAD reflects the University’s long-term commitment to leadership succession and talent development. More than a talent program, it is a strategic investment in cultivating future leaders who will help drive VinUniversity’s continued growth and ambitious Vision 2030 aspirations.
VinLEAD – Emerging is designed for outstanding VinUniversity graduates who aspire to create impact beyond a single function or discipline. Through a structured 24-month rotational journey, participants will work alongside senior university leaders, faculty members, researchers, and cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic initiatives that support VinUni’s long-term transformation.
Participants will gain immersive exposure across both academic administration and central administration functions, including:

Accelerated Development
Throughout the program, participants will benefit from:
