Dr. Alyssa A. Grissom is an Advanced Practice Nurse from the United States with over 13 years of experience specializing in oncology nursing across both community and academic health systems. For the past 5 years, she has focused on cancer genetics, providing care and counseling to patients at the Helen G. Nassif Community Cancer Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dr. Grissom is passionate about educating patients to make informed decisions and is committed to staying abreast of advancements in cancer genetics. At VinUniversity, she serves as also an adjunct faculty of the Nursing program, teaching parts related to oncology nursing care while contributing her expertise to the development of nursing education and practice.
