On December 12, 2025, the Global Engagement Office (GEO) hosted the Global Exchange Info Day 2025, welcoming nearly 150 VinUniversity students from all four colleges. More than an information session, the event created an open and engaging space where students could explore global learning pathways, connect with VinUni exchange alumni and gain clearer direction for their international academic journeys.

The event opened with welcoming remarks from Prof. Sunmee Choi, Vice Provost of External Engagement, who shared VinUni’s vision for global engagement and highlighted the vital role of international exposure in shaping adaptable, future-ready graduates.
In her inspiring address, Prof. Sunmee encouraged students to step beyond their comfort zones and boldly embrace global opportunities. She emphasized that studying at VinUni is only the beginning of a much larger international journey, and that going on exchange is not simply about studying at a partner university, it is a truly transformative experience.
“This is an opportunity to challenge yourselves, adapt to new cultures, and see the world from different perspectives. Through these experiences, you will develop independence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self—growing into global students and future global leaders.” Prof. Summee shared.

Building on this vision, Ms. Hanh Bui, Director of the Global Engagement Office, and Ms. Luong Thi Cam Tu, Global Engagement Manager, provided a comprehensive overview of VinUni’s Global Exchange, Integrated Degree Programs and Internationalize at VinUni. They also guided students through key application steps and available financial support opportunities.
A highlight of the event was the exchange alumni shared candid reflections on academic life abroad, cultural adaptation, challenges, and personal growth. Their firsthand experiences brought the exchange journey to life, offering both practical guidance and inspiration.
The event concluded with an interactive quiz, a lively Q&A session, and consultation booths, where students received tailored advice from representatives of:
* The Global Engagement Office (GEO)
* The Financial Aid Office (FAO)
* The Vingroup Scholarship Program
