2. Course Components: 02
a) Theory: 2 half-day workshops
- Pre-Bootcamp: Introduction to leadership concepts
- Post-Bootcamp: Reflection
b) Bootcamp (2 days and 1 night): Students work in teams to lead in uncertain circumstances and harsh conditions through intensive training Bootcamp in a remote area.
3. Bootcamp Timeline:
a) Batch 1: From 5th to 14th September 2022 (3 groups, 100 students each)
- Group 1: From 6-7th September 2022
- Group 2: From 9-10th September 2022
- Group 3: From 12-13th September 2022
b) Batch 2: From 16th to 25th February 2023 (3 groups, 100 students each) – Further detail will be provided in due course.
