VinUniversity – the People’s Police Academy – Hanoi University of Science and Technology: Collaborating to Shape a Digital Future

As part of the partnership among the three universities, the first joint activity made a remarkable debut: the competition “Ring The Bell Of Digital Intelligence”, inspired by the TV show “Rung Chuong Vang” but reimagined with the innovative spirit of the digital era.

On 14th November 2025, the competition was held for their first time in Hanoi, bringing together 150 contestants from three universities – each contributing its own strengths and unique identity. United by a shared commitment to integration, technological innovation, and the pursuit of transformation in education and expand academic collaboration.

The challenge set spanned a wide range of topics – from history and traditions to science, technology, and logical reasoning, creating a truly dynamic and high – pressure environment that tested contestants’ agility, confidence, and intellectual sharpness.

After two rounds, students from VinUniversity and the People’s Police Academy emerged as the two finalists. Beyond the competition, the event also worked as an opportunity for students to exchange knowledge, skills and get a deeper insight into each institution’s academic strength. Finally, congratulations to Tran Khanh Thanh, from Cohort 6, College of Engineering and Computer Science for achieving First Prize in the Individual Category.

“Ring The Bell Of Digital Intelligence” not only offered an exciting and intellectually vibrant competition, but also laid the groundwork for three universities to continue expanding practical and depth collaborations in the future – including annual academic exchanges, joint research initiatives, and cooperative activities in security, engineering, and innovation.
