VinUni × Techcombank – Empowering Gen Alpha to Unlock Financial Thinking

With the spirit of “Understand finance early – Be independent early”, VinUni and Techcombank continue to collaborate on the Financial Management Program for the Exceptional Next Generation, designed for children aged 12-15 of Techcombank Private and Priority members.

The program is a combination of the FinWise Edu smart learning platform and a series of practical experience-based activities, helping young learners gradually build an independent financial mindset – an essential foundation for future global citizens.

Key highlights that VinUni hopes to bring in partnership with Techcombank:

● FinWise Edu – Learn finance through four levels of knowledge: Through the online platform, students are introduced to useful concepts such as personal finance, smart spending, and effective saving.

● Workshops & Pitching – Develop critical thinking: By engaging with real-life scenarios, participants have the opportunity to enhance problem-solving skills, build financial plans, and present ideas persuasively.

● A Day as a Banker – Real-world banking experience: Students take on the roles of bank staff, financial advisors, and product developers, gaining new perspectives on careers in the banking sector.

Offline event series that promotes a learning spirit:

In addition to online learning, students also join offline events where they engage in interactive games, simulation classes, and smart spending challenges – learning how to manage pocket money, plan spending, explore smart investing, and gain insights into AI and sustainable finance (ESG).

On August 9, all the knowledge and skills acquired during this journey will be put to the test in the final competition titled Financial Innovation Challenge, focusing on two key themes: AI and ESG.
