On April 1, 2025, VinUni welcomed a delegation from U.S. higher education institutions, including representatives from top universities, the Institute of International Education (IIE), and the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam. This event took place as part of the International Academic Partnership Program (IAPP) 2025.
Joining the visit, there are representatives from 13 top universities: Colorado State University, Duke University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Oklahoma State University, Rutgers University, Stanford University, Towson University, University of Alabama, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, University of Kentucky, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Vermont, University of Wyoming.
The delegation featured prominent leaders and experts from leading universities like Stanford University, Duke University, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). During the meeting, VinUni’s leaders and researchers engaged in discussions with the delegates about potential collaboration opportunities, including student and faculty exchange programs, joint research projects, and dual-degree programs. In particular, the campus tour provided the delegation with a firsthand and dynamic perspective on the education and research ecosystem at VinUni. This visit also reaffirmed the achievements in educational collaboration, especially through the VinUni-Illinois Smart Health Center (VISHC).



The International Academic Partnership Program 2025 is an initiative led by the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam, in collaboration with the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training and the Institute of International Education. Through this program, VinUni aims to not only strengthen existing partnerships but also expand connections with leading global universities, further enhancing the quality of education and international research at VinUni.
