VinUni Students Invite the Leaders of Grant Thornton Vietnam and VietFund Management to “Decode” Finance – Audit Industry

VinUni Business Insider Club has just held a seminar with the participation of two special guests: Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung – CEO Grant Thornton Vietnam and Mr. Tran Le Minh – DCEO VietFund Management, to provide deeper insights into the Finance and Audit industry to VinUni student community. VinUni students themselves conceptualized the program agenda, designed the content, and invited the guest-speakers.

Joining the program, students receive answers to questions about career opportunities and features as well as helpful advices on the development direction, needed skills and certificates to start a career in Finance and Audit industry. Many interesting questions were sent to the guest speakers:

• How has COVID-19 affected the financial market of Vietnam in general and the two organizations VietFund Management and Grant Thornton Vietnam in particular?
• What risks and opportunities in the market should Vietnamese investors pay attention to?
• In the next 10 years, how will employee’s workplace culture in the finance and business service industry change? What skills will be outdated and what skills will be needed?

VinUni Business Insider Club is a place to connect students who share the same interests, passions and desires to discover insight of the businesses. Although the club has just been operation for only 2 months, they have organized a lot of seminars about different topics in the business environment with the participation of speakers who are impactful in their field.
