VINUNI FACULTY HONORED WITH ACGME-I PHYSICIAN EDUCATOR AWARD 2026

Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, MD, PhD, Director of Internal Medicine Residency Program at VinUniversity, has been honored with the 2026 ACGME-I Physician Educator Award.
Presented by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education – International (ACGME-I), this prestigious award recognizes physician educators who have made outstanding contributions to the training of residents and fellows, while consistently upholding the highest standards of patient care.
Under Dr. Tuyet’s leadership, VinUniversity’s Graduate Medical Education programs have been conducted in full compliance with Institutional, Common, and Program Requirements, ensuring that residents are trained in a safe, supportive, and competency-based environment. Three residency programs – Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Surgery – have achieved ACGME-I accreditation, a milestone that has placed Vietnam on the global map of academic medicine.
