Biography
Ms. Lien holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Foreign Trade University. Before joining VinUniversity, she gained over five years of experience as a Manager at some educational organizations, where she was responsible for revenue management, academic quality, and teacher training.
She also worked as a lecturer at the International School of Banking Academy, which collaborates with the University of Sunderland and City University of Seattle.
In addition to her academic career, Ms. Lien has three years of experience in consulting for small enterprises and startups.
Her motto is “No pain, no gain.” She is passionate about sharing her practical experience with VinUni students, helping them apply management principles effectively in both their studies and professional careers.
