Biography
A Capital Markets specialist, Steven is the Head of the Institutional Sales Department at VPS Securities (VPS), and is a Vice Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (BritCham). He has a Vice-Chairman role at the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA), and has over 20 years of Executive and Director-level experience in international capital markets, including with Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup. He has been in Vietnam since 2013. Prior to VPS Steven has worked at the largest securities companies in Vietnam as ranked by market share, including: HSC, Saigon Securities, and Mirae Asset Securities.
Steven has studied International Business and Law (QUT, Australia), and Entrepreneurship and Economic Evolution at the University of Oxford, together with Securities Industry Law, Bond and Money Markets and Advisory Studies offered through the Securities and Derivatives Industry of Australia (SDIA).
