Pham Hong Hanh

Ms. Pham Hong Hanh (Miley) is the Head of the Department of Career, Alumni, Industry & Development (CAID) at VinUniversity. She provides strategic leadership in fostering partnerships with employers and industry, strengthening alumni relations, and enhancing students’ career readiness and employability outcomes. Her work contributes directly to VinUniversity’s Vision 2030.

Joining VinUniversity in 2022, Ms. Miley has played a pivotal role in shaping the university’s student experience and external engagement ecosystem. During her tenure as Head of Student Affairs Management, she led the design and implementation of holistic student experience frameworks and flagship projects that have become cornerstones of the VinUni culture. Her initiatives have strengthened student leadership development, community engagement, and institutional identity.

Ms. Miley’s leadership approach combines student-centered design, cross-functional collaboration, and evidence-based strategy. She is recognized for building bridges between academia and industry and for her dedication to cultivating a thriving ecosystem where students, alumni, and partners co-create impact.
