Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong (Vika) is bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage operations.
Her academic journey began at the Academy of Journalism and Communication (AJC) in Hanoi, where she studied for a year before pursuing her passion for hospitality abroad. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in International Hotel & Event Management from IMI International Management Institute Switzerland, in collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), UK. Additionally, she holds a Swiss Advanced Diploma of Higher Education in Hospitality Management (Dipl. Hôtelier/ère-Restaurateur/rice), reflecting her strong foundation in the field.
With five years of study and work experience in Switzerland, Ms. Phuong has developed a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. She successfully completed four internships in prestigious five-star hotels and restaurants, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of hospitality management.
