Biography
Hue, a graduate of Linguistics from Hanoi University, is a dedicated advocate for societal improvement. With an intense passion for promoting initiatives that foster positive change, she has dedicated her career to various projects within Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) since her graduation in 2019. Throughout her professional journey, Hue has made significant contributions to the success of capacity-building programs and implementation of initiatives within organizations such as Save the Children in Vietnam, the Asia Injury Prevention Foundation, and her most recent position at Plan International in Vietnam, which works tirelessly to advance children’s rights, with a special focus on gender equality for girls. Hue’s achievements extend across diverse areas, spanning from the northern to the southern provinces of Vietnam. Her efforts have significantly strengthened community health, facilitated environmental modifications for inclusion, addressed life-saving issues related to road safety through the use of quality helmets and the star rating for roads program, and cultivated environments free from gender-based violence through girl-led communication initiatives and girl-led safety walk tools. With a deep belief in the positive transformative power of initiatives, Hue is eager to embark on a new journey of supporting young innovators within the university setting.
