Dr. Nguyen The Khai is currently a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior at Ho Chi Minh City Open University. He holds a B.B.A from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, a MBA from Washington State University, a M.S in Human Resource and Organization Development from Eastern Michigan University and a D.B.A from Louisiana Tech University. His research focuses on proactive behavior, job performance and applied psychology.
