Biography
Nguyen Minh Phuong is the Manager of the Accreditation, Testing, and Quality Assurance Department at VinUniversity. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from La Trobe University, Australia (2017), and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Hanoi University. With over ten years of experience in both public and private higher education institutions, her areas of expertise include internationalization, accreditation, and quality assurance.
At VinUniversity, she has successfully led key initiatives such as the QS 5 Stars project, the Total Quality Management strategy, and the institutional accreditation project all within just two years of service. She is also an active country member of the ASEAN-QAA Association and serves as a national educational accreditor.
As a Ex-Officio Member of the Sustainability Committee, she is committed to contributing her expertise in strategic development and performance evaluation to support the success of the project.
