Biography

Dr. Nguyen Linh Dan received her PhD in Marketing from King’s College London, UK (2023), her MSc in Marketing Communications from University of Birmingham, UK (2018), and her BSc in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, USA and from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi, Vietnam (2017).

Dr. Nguyen Linh Dan is currently an Assistant Professor in Marketing at VinUniversity’s College of Business and Management. Prior to this position, she was a Assistant Professor in Marketing at the University of Bath, UK where she designed and convened units for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, supervised student research, and developed new curriculum initiatives. She also gained extensive experience across UK higher education through teaching positions at the University of Sheffield International College, University of Birmingham, and Goldsmiths, University of London.

Her current research explores how value is co-created in service encounters and cultural consumption contexts, with a special focus on marketing interactions and embodied approaches to consumer experience.
