Biography
Ngo Dang Toan, PhD, is a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University (Hanoi), and an Adjunct Lecturer at VinUniversity. He is an enthusiastic scholar with a passion for research and training, dedicated to creating a vibrant environment for philosophical discourse and nurturing future generations of Vietnamese intellectuals.
Dr. Toan holds a PhD in Religious Studies from Sogang University, South Korea, complemented by an MA in the same field and a BA in Philosophy from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has been a member of prominent research projects, including “Religion, Faith and Individual Life,” funded by the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED), and “Religion and Healing,” funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF). He is also a peer-reviewer for esteemed journals such as Religion and AI & Society (AHCI/SCOPUS indexed).
