Biography

MSc. Le Minh Phuong holds a Master of Science in Public Policy (First-Class Honors) from Vietnam Japan University. She completed her master’s thesis at the University of Tsukuba under a Japanese Government Scholarship, titled “The Impact of AFTA on Intra-Regional Trade Flows: Evidence from the Automotive Industry.” She has worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at RMIT University Vietnam, focusing on quantitative analysis, digitalization policy, and economic growth. Her research interests include macroeconomics, public policy, and urban economics, with publications such as a Routledge book chapter (2024) and articles in leading Vietnamese economic journals. Since 2020, she has contributed to policy consultancy and academic conferences as a member of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global). She is also the founder of Everything about Economics, a multi-platform media initiative that connects economic theory with real-world applications. At VinUni, she is dedicated to supporting students’ learning and fostering rigorous academic practices.
