Ms. Phuong Thao graduated with a High Distinction degree from VinUniversity Bachelor of Business Administration as the first cohort of the program. Her concentration is in Business Analytics with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism.

She has been active in conducting business research, especially on consumer behavior in the service contexts, such as hospitality, tourism, and ride-hailing industries. She possesses expertise in conducting quantitative research, experimental study and applying these techniques to generate insightful and data-driven conclusions.
