Hoang My Nguyen Trang

Ms. Hoang My Nguyen Trang graduated with high distinction in Economics, majoring in Public Management and Policy, from the National Economics University (NEU) in 2023, where she was both the incoming and outgoing valedictorian of the Faculty of Management Science. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at NEU. During her academic journey, she actively engaged in research, receiving the Second Prize in 2022 for her study on the economic impact of Covid-19 on Vietnamese households. She has published three articles in domestic journals and two articles in international journals ranked Q2 and Q3. Ms. Trang also contributed to the article on Covid vaccine passports published in the Journal of Theoretical Education. In parallel with her studies, she gained practical experience working at Oxfam, the National Innovation Center (NIC), and the US-ASEAN Business Council, where she developed strong expertise in public policy research, international cooperation, and innovation ecosystems.
