Bui The Anh, MD, PhD

Dr. Bui The Anh is a Senior Consultant and Head and Neck Surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience. He currently serves as the Director of the Centre of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Vinmec Times City International Hospital, where he leads advanced clinical services. His primary clinical interests include Otology, Head and Neck oncology, and the management of functional ENT disorders.

Throughout his career at the National Otolaryngology Hospital of Vietnam, Dr. Anh developed specialized expertise in microscopic and endoscopic surgical techniques. His clinical proficiency is supported by a deep academic background, having earned his PhD with a focus on surgical outcomes and quality of life for laryngeal cancer patients. His approach integrates global standards of care, refined through international fellowships at the University of Paris VI, the University of Sydney, and the Hough Ear Institute (USA), specializing in otologic surgery and hearing restoration.

A recognized authority in his field, Dr. Anh was honored as a “”Meritorious Doctor”” by the President of Vietnam in 2024 for his contributions to patient care and surgical excellence. He continues to shape clinical practice as an Assistant Clinical Professor at VinUniversity and through his active leadership as a chairperson at the ASEAN Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Congresses.
