Bac Dau Huyen Thuong, MSc

Ms. Huyen Thuong joined VinUniversity with a solid background in Project Operations Management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Banking and Finance (2018) and a Master of Science’s Degree in International Management from the University of the West of England (2019). In addition, she has obtained a Career Education Specialist Certificate (2025), reflecting her strong interest in human development and career guidance for students.

With a diverse academic foundation and extensive practical experience, she has held various roles prior to joining VinUniversity, including Project Management, Marketing (branding and communications), customer experience development, and cross-cultural collaboration.

In particular, her three years of experience as an Operations Manager in the service industry have helped her develop a customer-centric mindset and sustainable relationship-building skills.
