UWA and VinUniversity Establish Integrated Dual Degree Program for Business and Management Students

August 16, 2024

It’s truly wonderful to see a collaboration formed between The University of Western Australia (UWA) and VinUniversity, marked by the establishment of an innovative articulation pathway (integrated dual degree) program. This new pathway is formalised by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed on the 14th of August 2024 at the UWA campus, witnessed by the Consul General of Vietnam in Western Australia, Ms Ha Nguyen. This collaboration establishes UWA as the first Australian partner to offer such a pathway specifically tailored for students from VinUni’s Business and Management program.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, UWA is renowned globally for its robust educational and research standards, consistently ranked among the top 100 universities worldwide. The UWA Business School is distinguished for integrating world-class teaching with real-world experience, ranked as the top business school in Western Australia and among the best in the Indo-Pacific region.

The newly established articulation program, termed the 3+2 Integrated Degree, enables VinUni students to spend the first three years of their undergraduate studies in Vietnam, followed by two years at UWA in Australia. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Bachelor’s degree from VinUni and a Master’s degree from UWA. Available UWA Master’s programs under this pathway include:

  • Master of Commerce
  • Master of Marketing
  • Master of Business Information and Logistics Management
  • Master of Human Resources and Employment Relations

This innovative approach provides a streamlined path for students to achieve advanced academic qualifications in a condensed timeframe.
