Why did I leave a fantastic job and a satisfying career at a top University to move halfway around the world and join VinUniversity? It was a surprisingly easy decision. The people (students, staff, faculty) at VinUniversity are amazing – smart, dedicated, and passionate. After my PhD time in France, I returned to Vietnam with the desire to establish and expand research groups and conduct new studies in emerging fields with significant impact and urgency, such as artificial intelligence, data science, digital healthcare, and smart healthcare.
