JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Global Engagement Collaborator, you will support various activities for the inbound student programs in Summer 2025. The role will focus on primary activity areas: program support, faculty assistance, program logistics, and other ad-hoc tasks. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Program Support
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the inbound student programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for inbound students, faculty, staff, external stakeholders regarding academic, engagement, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate orientation sessions, academic sessions, field trips, company visits, culture exchange sessions, etc.
- Accompany groups to offsite activities.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress; maintain up-to-date student records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and colleagues to deliver activities.
- Gather feedback from students to enhance the program and ensure a positive experience.
2. Support Faculty
- Assist faculty in preparing and distributing course materials.
- Support faculty in coordinating classes, assignments, and group projects.
- Follow up on academic issues or requests as directed by faculty.
3. Logistics
- Plan, organize all logistical aspects of inbound summer programs, including scheduling, accommodations, meal arrangement, and transportation.
- Organize and distribute materials and resources to students, faculty, staff.
- Ensure all logistical elements are in place for events, workshops, and program activities.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and post-program evaluation logistics.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for inbound programs.
4. Other Administrative Tasks
- Support other projects as assigned.
- Assist with documentation and administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in program coordination, student services, or higher education settings is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cross-cultural environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and proactive.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Current final year university student or recent graduate in Education, International Studies, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
