Marking the return of Industry Speaker Series, VinUni would like to invite Ms. Andrea Lomas-Gong – Head of Group Spa Operations at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to attend the private sharing session with College of Business and Management’s students. Ms. Lomas-Gong has more than 30 years of spa and project development experience, she is responsible for overseeing Spa Operations, Training, Colleague Wellness, and the implementation of Spa Marketing strategies throughout the Group’s current portfolio of 35 spas worldwide. Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, she was involved with the development of some of the world’s best spas, including the award-winning Ananda in the Himalayas and the Crown Hotel Spa in Australia. She also ran her own spa consultancy company for over 10 years, supporting several spa clients.
