Hung Tran, PhD.

Self-described as Scientist turned entrepreneur with passion in leveraging AI Technologies for Education and Knowledge Sharing. Dr Hung Tran completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science with focus on AI/Data Mining and Big Data Analytics from University of Iowa. He’s the Founder of Got It, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based tech startup, Founder of STEAM for Vietnam Foundation, Leader of the Vietnam OpenCourseWare Project, working with MIT and Rice University, Member of the Advisory Group for Vietnam Prime Minister’s National Committee for Education and Training Reform. He has received the U.S. Government’s VEF Fellowship in 2007
