Continuing insightful Keynote 1 and Keynote 2 yesterday, QUIS18 Conference is honored to organize Keynote 3 – Service Innovation and Keynote 4 – Future of Service Education with our distinguished guests.
In the morning session, we have:
Keynote 3: Service Innovation featured Professor Zhao Xiande, Professor Marival Segarra Oña, and Professor Lina Zhong drive us into recent advances in the theory and practice of innovation in services. They give fascinating opinions on social innovation, sustainability, and the utilization of big data in designing enhanced services that cater to the evolving needs of the marketplace.
Keynote 4: Future of Service Education was led by Professor Bo Edvardsson, Professor Spring Han, and Professor David Solnet. The keynote speakers share new advances in in-service education based on active, experiential, and multidisciplinary learning. In particular, most of the updated and innovative teaching approaches are used in Sweden, Australia, and Japan.
