Recap QUIS18 Third Day – Thursday Evening, June 22nd 2023
On Thursday evening, a gala dinner was hosted for all the attendees.
The dinner had an array of delicious Vietnamese foods, and the attendees relished the meal.
This Gala Dinner revealed the winners of the Mary Jo Bitner ” Rising Star in Services” and Bo Edvardsson “Industry Impact in Services Award”. All the winners have done an amazing job and are well-deserved with the awards!
There was also an announcement of QUIS19 venue – which will be held in Rome, Italy!!!
The event ended with a dance party; everyone was really happy and enjoyed dancing to the tunes.
