Recap QUIS18 Second Day – Wednesday Morning, June 21st 2023
Today is the second day of QUIS18, opened by a welcoming speech from the co-host of QUIS18, Professor Rohit Verma and Professor Per Kristensson, followed by a warm greeting from Dr. Le Mai Lan, VinUniversity President.
In the morning session, we have:
Keynote 1: The Future of Services featured Professor Per Kristensson as the chair, Professor David Reibstein and Professor Stephen L. Vargo as the panelists. The session mainly focused on the Marketing, Service Operations and Goods-Services Distinctions to Service Ecosystems.
Keynote 2: Evolving Role of Technology in Services with Professor David Harrison as the chair, Professor Jochen Wirtz, Professor Janet McColl Kennedy, and Professor Pedro Oliveria as the panelists. They all shared many profound and informative findings about how to incorporate technology in service management.
The participants also enjoyed the two traditional performances; the first one is a charming dance with Cylindrical Drums (“Múa Trống”) and the second one is the Conical Hat Dance (“Múa Nón Lá”). We hope that you can enjoy the afternoon session as well!
