QUIS18 concluded with a successful range of exhilarating activities and events. In this afternoon, we engaged in:
Keynote 5: Keynote on Future of Service Operations and Supply Chains was led by Professor Rohit Verma, featuring Professor Rich Metters, Professor Suresh Sethi, and Professor Jie Zhang as the panelists. Using examples from different service industries, they discussed the challenges associated with service supply chains and operations in the post-pandemic environment. The panelists also gave their opinions on how leading organizations develop innovative solutions to address supply chain disruptions in the session.
The Closing Ceremony has brought QUIS18 to a magnificent end, leaving an indelible imprint on our hearts. It was undeniably a remarkable and intellectually stimulating event that spanned over four days, during which numerous enlightening insights and thought-provoking discussions were exchanged. We also want to send the best congratulations to all the teams receiving awards from QUIS18.
